This beautiful, spacious Victorian terrace is situated on the outskirts of Clayton, near Haworth. It is situated opposite Victoria Park with a large open plan living area, including a sitting area with gas fire, dining table and well-equipped kitchen overlooking the pretty patio garden. Upstairs are two bright bedrooms, both with double beds and one with double doors opening to a Juliet balcony with a view of the garden. There is a modern bathroom with a bath and shower over. Parking is first come, first served on the roadside and there is dining furniture in the garden.
